In 2004 she successfully completed specialised training in the management and treatment of Lymphoedema and associated lymphatic problems. The courses were organised by the Physiotherapy College of Andalucia (ICPFA) and were taught by certified Vodder trained Physiotherapists.

At the Marbella Lyme Clinic, Sarah works as a Physiotherapist aiding in the rehabilitation of those who may have experienced muscle and strength loss due to Lyme disease or other reasons.
