Booking an appointment:
To book an appointment at the Marbella Lyme Clinic, simply email an appointment request at: [email protected]. A member of our staff will get in contact with you to arrange an appointment time and answer any additional questions you may have.
Initial consultation cost: €350
– This prices includes full registration at the clinic, consultation with our case manager to obtain a clear image of the patient’s history and collect any previous documentation of doctor’s visits and laboratory tests.
– A full consultation with our Lyme specialist to observe all symptoms and history.
-Your case will be discussed with all the members of our team which will give us the best course of treatment with aid of all our specialists.
Please take note: this initial consultation is not time limited. We strive to provide the best medical care there is, and want to fully listen to our patients to get a clear understanding of their problems. The initial consultations may take up to 3 hours.
Follow up consultations are according to time:
10 minutes – €45
20 minutes – €90
30 minutes – €125
60 minutes – €250
Specialist consultation cost: €125
Physiotherapy cost: €80
Prices for laboratory tests are dependent on the tests required and/or tests for co-infections.
If, for any reason, you are unable to make it to your appointment, the Marbella Lyme Clinic requires at least 24 hours notice in advance. This is to allow another patients on the waiting list to be offered the appointment time instead. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any missed appointment unless adequate notice is given. For extenuating and unforeseen reasons please contact our reception to see whether any exceptions are available.
Questionnaires & Forms
Prior to your visit or as you in arrive in the clinic, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire regarding your medical history and previous treatments.
You will be asked to complete and sign a fee consent form for your treatment programme, to ensure responsibility for covering the costs of the treatment prior to any costs being incurred.
Cost & Payment
Treatments costs vary from patient to patient, after your initial consultation with our specialist, your Case Manager will discuss and explain all of the charges with you for treatment. You will be given a printed estimate of the price for treatment. Any testing required will be discussed with you and your specialist. Depending on the results, a treatment programme will be set up and discussed with you.
All consultations and laboratory tests must be paid in full on the day of your visit. The easiest way to settle your bill is to provide us with your credit card details when arriving for your appointment. You will receive a detailed invoice.
As the Marbella Lyme Clinic is a private clinic, it is your duty to settle all accounts. Should you wish to claim funding from your insurance company individually, you will be expected to pay all invoices privately regardless of agreement of payment by the insurers, as we do not have any direct settlement agreements with private insurance companies.

Arriving at the clinic
When you arrive at the Marbella Lyme Clinic, please register at reception. Our receptionist will then assist you through any formalities and will direct you to the consultation room when available. Please ensure that you arrive at the clinic 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
Building access
The clinic is fully wheelchair accessible including all the necessary disabled amenities. Should you require any assistance, please do not hesitate to ask at reception when you arrive.
Smoking
We have a very strict no smoking policy in our clinic. Those who wish to smoke will be required to leave the premises to do so. This includes e-cigarettes and vaporizers.
